Explore clay through creative activism. In this workshop, participants will be introduced to examples of guerrilla art and then set out to create a unique ceramic tile or object to then leave in an unconventional location. Guerilla art invites joy, awe, and wonder for the public to happen upon in unexpected places. You will have the support of Signature Arts’ clay artist, Rita Panton. You will have a chance to add color by glazing and your art can be fired to cone 04 in a kiln and be ready for pick up at a later date.
This workshop is suitable for teens and adults. Any level of skill with clay is acceptable.
Clay Workshop: Guerrilla Art is a one session workshop with several date offerings. Attend several sessions or start with one. $50 per session
